At Wedding Belles we pride ourselves on the quality of the products we sell and the reputation we’ve earned since starting out in 2001.

Wedding Belles offers you a Hassle Free, Stress Free, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee which means you never have to worry when you order from us.

In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we also offer you the following:

 

1/ Full Refund (of item & delivery charge) if:

  • We made an error on your order
  • Item is faulty

 

Goods Damaged in Transit

Postal problems

If your goods go missing or have been damaged in transit, the delivery service (rather than the seller) may be responsible. Contact either the courier company or Australia Post. If they do not resolve your issue, you can contact the Postal Industry Ombudsman.

Please inform us within 48 hrs of receipt of the item to:  info@weddingbelles.com.au and also include the following details with your e-mail:

  • a digital photograph (2MB or less) of the damaged goods by email,
  • quote your order number and the product item

Our Customer Service Manager will then contact you to speak about an appropriate solution for you.

You must keep all packaging used for your item purchased as this will be required by Australia Post or courier company in order to evaluate your claim.

 2/ Your choice of refund, exchange or credit note (on value of item only –shipping charges are not refundable)

  •   You made an error in your order
  • You have changed your mind

  • Please let us know if you want to return your items within 7 days of receipt of your package.
  • You pay the cost to return the item and cost to re-send exchanged item
  • The product(s) must be as new (unused and undamaged) and with their original packaging and tags intact.
  • No returns or exchanges on personalised or custom made items – we’re sure you can understand that we won’t be able to take back any items we have had specially made for you, especially printed with your text or details!

3/ Your choice of exchange or credit note (to the value of items purchased – shipping charges are not refundable)

If for any reason you’re not happy with anything you buy from us ie you have ordered the wrong size or colour, Wedding Belles will offer an exchange or credit note to the value of the items purchased, under the following conditions:

  • Please let us know if you want to return your items within 30 days of receipt of your package
  • You pay the cost to return the item and cost to re-send exchanged item.
  • The product(s) must be as new (unused and undamaged) and with their original packaging and tags intact.
  • No returns or exchanges on personalised or custom made items – we’re sure you can understand that we won’t be able to take back any items we have had specially made for you, especially printed with your text or details!

Our generous exchange/return policy does not apply to:

  • Product(s) that have been used, worn, soiled or damaged.
  • Items returned after your event date,
  • Items damaged in transit – where delivery company found at fault
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (including earrings, hair accessories etc) or personalised items.
  • Items purchased at sale prices cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • No returns or exchanges on personalised or custom made items – we’re sure you can understand that we won’t be able to take back any items we have had specially made for you, especially printed with your text or details!

***All credit vouchers are valid for 12months and can be used in the store or on line.

*** A restocking fee may be charged at our discretion. We will communicate any charges with you.

Apart from returns for damaged products, all products must be returned to Wedding Belles in a saleable condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all returns are packaged so as to prevent damage in transit. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and the return form.

We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as Wedding Belles cannot be held responsible for any product lost or damaged in the post.

Refunds and credits will be processed within 1-2 weeks once they have arrived into the store.

 

Refund Policy

If you find that the goods were damaged in transit or were faulty in some manner, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Products Damaged in Transit

All orders are delivered by Australia Post or by our nominated Courier Service which is an independent courier company. Please do not ASSUME that your package will be delivered by one service or another.  Unless you tell us otherwise, we will choose the most appropriate delivery option as outlined above.  Please consider the information below so you are aware of your obligations in relation to delivery options.

Customer will incur the cost of return postage and be credited the purchase price only – when items were incorrectly ordered or you have changed your mind.

Australia Post Express satchels are NOT insurable.  It is however, a much quicker service in general.  Damage, loss or theft incurred as a result of using this delivery option is at the purchasers’ risk.

If you REQUIRE a fully insured postal service such as Australia Post Registered that must be signed for, rather than being left at your door, it is your responsibility to request this at the time of ordering.  Australia Post Registered automatically includes $100 insurance. Additional fees are payable for full insurance and person-to-person delivery options.

Our courier company fully insures all their deliveries.   As stated above, if you require a fully insured service, it must be requested at the time of ordering.  Our courier will endeavour to supply you with the product you have ordered from us in the condition that the goods were dispatched. However on occasion goods may be damaged in transit to you.  If this occurs, please either email us at: info@weddingbelles.com.au .  We will supply you with a replacement product.

 

Faulty Products

Wedding Belles is proud to offer our customers quality products. We will endeavour to supply you with product your have ordered in good condition. However, on occasion goods that are sealed within cartons may be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect from our suppliers. If this occurs please either email us atinfo@weddingbelles.com.au or contact us on 03 5229 8008. We will supply you with a replacement product.
