Once orders have been processed they will be dispatched within 2 – 7 working days. If you are not home at the time of delivery Australia Post will leave you a card.
It is recommended that you provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours.
Depending on delivery location or product type, we use Australia Post or Courier Service for delivery of our parcels.

Postage & Handling is charged at a flat rate of $15 (including GST) per order
Shortages or Defects
Please help us to help you by reporting shortages or problems with your order within 7 days of receiving your order.
This will enable us to assist you in rectifying the problem without undue delay. Any faulty or damaged stock will be replaced at no charge.
Products ordered incorrectly by customer, can be refunded if informed and returned within 7 days of dispatch and in mint condition on return. Postage will be paid for by customer and a $10 administration charge will apply. Prior authorization must be obtained before returning any goods.
Otherwise exchange or credit note will be offered if products are returned after 7 days and within 30 days. Postage will be paid for by customer and a $10 administration charge will apply. Prior authorization must be obtained before returning any goods.
